Joe McCullin arrives at school at 6:30 a.m. most days. Students won’t be there for another hour, but he’s already busy with phone calls.
McCullin, entering his 15th year as Rising Sun’s athletic director, has seen the job change since he took over. As the county’s public schools continue to add sports, he finds himself with more coaches, students and parents to deal with than ever before.
