Delegation seeks new way to decide legislation

Cecil County delegation members want a new method next year for determining what, if any, bills they will push through the General Assembly.

Chairman Michael Smigiel (R-Upper Shore) has already called four consecutive weekly delegation meetings so far this session to discuss possible legislation.
