Bill aims to cut rush hour tolls
*Sponsors want to ease congestion at two Susquehanna River spans

ANNAPOLIS - State Sens. E.J. Pipkin and Nancy Jacobs introduced a bill Wednesday to alleviate congestion over the Hatem (Route 40) and Tydings (I-95) bridges during rush hour.
Their bill would prohibit toll collection from 6:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, except legal holidays.
