Light brighter for homeless
*In candlelight vigil, community reflects on year of reaching out

Cecil Countians from all walks of life gathered Wednesday for more than an hour in front of the county courthouse to share stories and gratitude for a renewed spirit to battle homelessness here.
“I am guilty of dehumanizing homelessness,” said the Rev. Alan Bosmeny of the First Assembly of God church in Elkton, who has hosted two weeks of the winter rotating emergency shelter program that started Nov. 13.
