Bill proposes standards for cleaning up ‘meth’ labs

ANNAPOLIS - Delegate David Rudolph (D-Cecil) is hoping the state will address a growing issue with law enforcement agencies brought to his attention by Cecil County Sheriff Barry Janney.
“It’s the fastest growing epidemic in the United States,” Janney said Wednesday about the increase of methamphetamine laboratories.
