ABERDEEN - Cecil County Commissioners’ President Nelson K. Bolender joined officials from Harford and Baltimore counties in Aberdeen Tuesday to unveil a joint marketing campaign they hope will attract government contractors to the region.
The effort touts the region as the “Chesapeake Science & Security Corridor.”
